Uber Passenger Sexually Assaulted in Miami

 

A woman who took an Uber car home after a night of drinking recently reported to Miami-Dade police that she was sexually assaulted by the Uber driver.  The police arrested the driver, charging him with sexual battery of an incapacitated person.  According to the police report, the driver admitted to having sex with the woman. Uber injury lawsuits have increased as more and more people use the rideshare phone app.
