Uber Driver Allegedly Assaulted Female Passenger

A female Uber passenger who claims that she was assaulted by an Uber driver has filed a lawsuit against Uber in New York state court on October 5, 2016. She accuses Uber of failing to comply with a law enforcement investigation into the matter. The lawsuit claims that the Uber driver continued working for Uber even after the alleged assault was reported.
